LIFETIME REPAIR WARRANTY
Each Mal bag is made to live alongside you—to be carried daily, softened by time, and marked by the places it travels. Because of this, every bag is backed by a lifetime repair warranty that protects the integrity of its construction.
WHAT IS COVERED
If a repair is needed due to a production or construction issue such as: seams coming undone, hardware failure, clasp replacement, or other craftsmanship-related defects, the repair will be fully supported. Depending on the situation, the bag may be repaired by me, replaced, or the repair cost will be covered. Shipping costs for approved warranty repairs are included.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Leather is a living material. Scuffs, wrinkles, creasing, softening, and the development of patina are natural results of use and time. These forms of wear are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty.

These bags are precious, yes, but meant to be lived in. The marks that emerge through daily use are part of the story the leather tells, revealing its own evolving character and life.
